LumaFusion was originally released in 2016 and gained wide recognition as being one of the best mobile video editing apps and winning the iPad App of the Year in 2021.

Well now, LumaFusion is now available on Android phones and tablets and Chromebooks running ChromeOS via the Google Play Store.

The app is also said to have garnered a total of 1.1M downloads and completed over 68 million project exports since launching.

It also hasn’t just been copied and pasted to Android and ChromeOS either as they said they’ve gathered “a team of experienced Android developers” to recreate the LumaFusion experience consistently across all devices while using ChromeOS and Android’s unique capabilities.

This includes the team developing a powerful compositing playback controller and redesigning the app to support different screen sizes.
