We started our operations in April 2001 as a small restaurant in Manila. The name “Ibarra’s” was inspired by our venues’ Art Deco façade, wood paneled floors and intimate garden patio, reminiscent of the old city.
Our first venue, Ibarra’s Garden, located in Padre Faura Street, became an industry forerunner for event venues and catering at the time. Due to increasing demand of the debut and wedding industry, we expanded our operations in 2004 and established a new branch in Quezon City – Plaza Ibarra. In 2010 and 2011, Bella Ibarra in Quezon Avenue and Villa Ibarra in Tagaytay were introduced respectively. In 2017, we launched our first modern Filipino-inspired venue, Casa Ibarra, in MOA Complex, Pasay City, which exudes the warmth of a Filipino home. In 2021, we are opening two more venues: in Arca South, Taguig and in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
