St. Lawrence Foundation School, Inc. Started in a dream that took over nineteen years before its realization. This all started when then Holy Rosary Foundation School, Inc. After its consistent decline of enrollees, from an initial 300 students dramatically drops to almost 60 that then vice president and member of the board of trustees, Mrs. Merly B. Palaspas, decided to save the school's plight.
